Your organization is eligible to participate in the pooled group medical program, as long as you touch one of the 5 industries on the home page AND you have 10 or more employees on the medical plan.

- Your group must medically qualify for participation in your industry pool. This qualification will keep rates low and the population of the pools healthy.
- UNIQUE FEATURE: You will receive 100% of unused premium back at the end of each year. This means that if premium exceeds claims and fixed cost, you will receive a check back for the balance.

- Arizona-based groups will have the Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Arizona network
- Groups based outside of Arizona will have access to the Cigna network
- Competitive rates based on aggregating risk
- Discounts can be as high as 25% for healthy groups
How The Program Works
Step 1 – Pick Up To 3 Medical Plans
Pick Up to 3 Medical Plans. You can mix and match plans from a list of 12 medical options. If you are a larger employer and you require some customized options, reach out to The Clear Group to discuss your options.
Step 2 – Pick Ancillary Plans
Choose to include dental, vision, life, voluntary life, accident, critical illness, and/or hospitalization benefits to offer to your employees.
Step 3 – Pick Enrollment Process
Choose your effective date, complete online enrollment questionnaire, and communication style.
Step 4 – Pick Meeting Type
Choose your enrollment method – group meetings, webinars or one-on-ones. We will customize the enrollment process to make sure we educate your employees on all of their benefit options.
